Xabi Alonso to Real Madrid: it is official

Real Madrid official site announces that Merengues and Liverpool F.C. have agreed to the transfer of Xabier Alonso Olano (Xabi Alonso).

The player will arrive in Madrid tomorrow to undergo the required medical.

Also, Real Madrid C. F. and Miguel Angel Salgado (Michel Salgado) have agreed to the player's release from the club.
